    This driver package is not a "Windows" driver. It appears to be ".rar" which I believe is linux and will not run on a windows machine. But will run super good on a Linux machine:-)

      use winrar or 7zip utility to extract downloaded rar package.

      Basically .rar is a compress format, mostly user aware with this format.
